Noah and the Whale confirmed as special guests for ‘Introducing Glastonbury’

Noah and the whale press shotNoah and the Whale and Dry the River have been announced as special guests for this year’s ‘Introducing Glastonbury’.

This first ever triple-cast will air across Radio 1, Radio2 and 6 Music, and will kick off the BBC’s coverage of this year’s festival.

In the two-hour broadcast Steve Lamacq,Jo Whiley and Zane Lowe will celebrate the best of the BBC Introducing and preview this year’s festival highlights, while organiser Michael Eavis will be on hand to explain why Glastonbury has become such a festival fixture during the UK summer.

God is in the TV is an online music and culture fanzine founded in Cardiff by the editor Bill Cummings in 2003. GIITTV Bill has developed the site with the aid of a team of sub-editors and writers from across Britain, covering a wide range of music from unsigned and independent artists to major releases.
