Maximo Park play intimate charity gig in Newcastle this THURSDAY!

Maxïmo Park have announced that they will be playing an intimate show in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust THIS Thursday 21st July 2011 at The Cluny in their home town of Newcastle. The band are currently busy in the studio writing and recording material for the highly anticipated fourth studio album. Lead singer Paul Smith has said:
“Since we’re hard at work on our fourth album, those who make it down will bear witness to our only Newcastle show this year. We thought it would be good if we could donate any proceeds form the gig to the Teenage Cancer Trust who help people in the RVI, our local hospital.”

Tickets for this very special gig from one of Britain’s most admired rock bands, will only be available for purchase on the door at The Cluny from 12pm on Thursday 21st July 2011 for £6.
