Bummer album of the week: Jukebox The Ghost – Safe Travels

The Offspring do tread that difficult punk/pop line at times, but manage to keep right side. Those bands that step over it are bloody awful of course (Busted, Scouting For Girls etc) and this week’s Bummer Album is a band who probably slip into that catchment. To be fair, they’re more indie than punk but most certainly more ‘pop’ and definitely bloody awful. Jukebox The Ghost they are and the album to avoid is ‘Safe Travels’. Their last album was unbearable and so I know not why I tried the latest but they have not improved one iota.
