NEWS: The return of Massive Attack

12105798_10153649574789257_7401975505019404804_nMassive Attack have just announced news of an extensive European tour in the New Year, one that will take in 10 dates in the UK and Ireland. The Bristolian duo of Robert Del Naja and Grant Marshall – for whom it will be their first headline tour of the UK in five years – will be supported on all dates by Young Fathers, the winners of last year’s Mercury Prize with their debut album Dead.

In further news Massive Attack revealed that they “will be releasing new music later this year”. This new music will come some five years after their last record Heligoland and almost a quarter of a century since their epochal debut album Blue Lines was released.

Pre-sale tickets for the tour will be available via the Massive Attack website from 9am on Wednesday, October the 7th, with the remaining tickets going on general sale from 9am on Friday, October the 9th.
