NEWS: Night Flowers share new B-side track ‘Amy’

Transatlantic indie-pop quartet Night Flowers are gearing up to release their brand new single ‘Glow in the Dark’ on 15th July via Dirty Bongo Records.  As well as being able to download, the follow up to their very well received debut EP will also be available as a limited edition glow in the dark vinyl.

In the run up to the single’s official release, the band have shared the equally joyous B-side, ‘Amy.’  Like much of Night Flowers’ output, it’s a beautiful, swooning and romantic piece of classic pop in the vein of The Cure, The Sundays and latter-day bands such as The Pains of Being Pure at Heart.  Characterised by jangly, 80s guitar riffs and a curiously melancholic vocal performance, it’s a summery track without being too sickly sweet.  Listen below.

The band are also playing a small handful of gigs in the coming weeks, including a launch party in London.  Details below.

15th July – The Victoria, London
6th August – Humber Street Sesh Festival, Hull
17th August – The Social, London
