NEWS: Sleater-Kinney to release live album this month

American indie-punk trio Sleater-Kinney are set to release a new live album on 27th January via Sub Pop.  Live in Paris was recorded at La Cigale in the French capital, coming off the back of their acclaimed comeback album No Cities to Love.  The new 13-track collection features some tracks from that LP – including the title track and the explosive opener ‘Price Tag’ – but is also set to span across their entire career, featuring songs from six of their eight records spanning all the way back to their 1996 album Call the Doctor.

To coincide with the announcement, the band have shared a live version of ‘Surface/Envy’ from No Cities to Love, a ripping take on the song.  Its accompanying video features some clips from the band’s 20 year career.

Live In Paris is available to pre-order now. Watch the live version of ‘Surface/Envy’ below.
