PREVIEW: GospelbeacH and Miranda Lee Richards tour of the UK and Scandinavia

Keep a weather eye out for the double-header California Fantasy Tour as it reaches these shores this coming weekend. Featuring the individual and considerable talents of GospelbeacH and Miranda Lee Richards it promises to bring us a kaleidoscopic wealth of dreamy psychedelic, country, folk, and indie-pop music from America’s Golden Coast.

Formed in 2014 by vocalist and guitarist Brent Rademaker who had previously established a great name for himself in the bands Beachwood Sparks, Further, and The Tyde, GospelbeacH will be making their first ever appearances in this country. They will be showcasing songs from their recently released second album Another Summer Of Love which continues a grand tradition of cosmic country and roots rock that can be traced all the way back to the Grateful Dead, Gram Parsons and The Byrds.

Joining  them on these dates will be the Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter and erstwhile Brian Jonestown Massacre member Miranda Lee Richards. Expect to hear material from her new album Existential Beast on what will undoubtedly be one of the great double-bills of the summer.
