Grinderman are set to release ‘Grinderman 2 RMX’ on March 26th through Mute Records. One of the tracks featured on this remix album is a collaboration between Grinderman and U.N.K.L.E. who have teamed up to create ‘Hyper Worm Tamer’ and the video to accompany this track is below. The video follows the same theme as the video for the Nick Zinner (Yeah Yeah Yeahs) remix of ‘Bellringer Blues’ which is also featured on ‘Grinderman 2 RMX’.
‘Grinderman 2 RMX’ is a collection of remixes, reinterpretations and collaborations based on tracks from the band’s critically celebrated 2010 release ‘Grinderman 2′. Its release marks the first time all of these tracks have been collected together. Alongside the Grinderman / U.N.K.L.E. collaboration and Nick Zinner remix, the album also includes contributions from the likes of Robert Fripp, Josh Homme, Cat’s Eyes (Horrors’ front-man Faris Badwan and soprano Rachel Zeffira), Factory Floor, and The National’s front man Matt Berninger.
