Thomas White (Electric Soft Parade / Brakes etc) is on tour with Ralegh Long in July, promoting his upcoming third solo record Yalla!

Egyptian for ‘come here’ or ‘follow me’, Yalla! was written and recorded over two weeks in the small town of Dahab, South Sinai. It’s a beautiful folk-influenced record. It’s currently only available via a youtube stream at http://www.youtube.com/user/cackermuffin

Ralegh Long

Ralegh Long has been celebrated for his ability to place ‘the enigmatic within the classically melodic’ (Sweeping The Nation). He has been compared to British cult luminaries like Robyn Hitchcock and Epic Soundtracks, and recently supported Darren Hayman at the sold-out London date of his Dead Media re-issue tour.

Long has recently released a preliminary gathering of home-recordings called ‘Sprawl’ at http://raleghlong.bandcamp.com/ ahead of a debut E.P-proper expected early 2012.
