PJ Harvey announces Royal Albert Hall gig

PJ Harvey is set to play at London’s Royal Albert Hall on October 30th. Tickets for the show go on-sale on Friday August 12th and are available from www.gigsandtours.com.

This will be PJ Harvey’s first appearance at this historic venue, following shows in Glasgow and Manchester next month, and further recently announced European dates.

Harvey will be playing material from her Mercury nominated album ‘Let England Shake’, with a live band including Mick Harvey, John Parish and Jean-Marc Butty.

The Mercury nomination for ‘Let England Shake’ is Harvey’s fourth nomination, and marks 10 years since she became the first female to win the Mercury Music Prize in 2001.
