F*cked Up have this week aired the second video from their recent album, David Comes To Life – the hardcore band’s take on a rock opera.
Set in late 1970’s Britain, ‘The Other Shoe’ is one of the record’s poppier moments and it’s accompanying video introduces us to the key narrative for the entire opera, capturing the moment when main character David meets Veronica for the first time and shows their subsequent plot to blow up the factory where David works unfolding.
‘The Other Shoe’ video follows on from the band’s first ever music video for ‘Queen Of Hearts’ and continues the tale of the album. The former video was set in a school around the time and location of the story’s events and sees the bands vocals replaced by the school children in yet another twist from F*cked Up.
The band are currently on a co-headline tour in Europe with OFF! and head to the UK for the following live shows next week:
