FOE announces January tour

FOE

Art school dropout, pensive introvert, grunge obsessive, fan of dressing up in brightly coloured wigs: as FOE, 21-year-old, Hannah Clark is all of these things and more. A wonderfully twisted prospect live, suburban punkette FOE is pleased to announce a headline tour in January 2012, around the release of her debut album. Having filled support slots for the likes of Atari Teenage Riot, Ghostpoet and Metronomy, FOE has come into her own, becoming a captivating front woman for a band channelling a darker sound into 2012.

FOE’s debut album, a fun house of funeral glamour, ‘Bad Dream Hotline’, will be released 16th January 2012 on Vertigo records. Lead single ‘Cold Hard Rock’ is out on 9th January 2012.  ‘Bad Dream Hotline’, is about all the things Clark has dreamed so vividly. Featuring wonky, atonal instruments swirling around an unsettling story of broken sleep, it’s the sound of the nightmares Clark has suffered from for years.

Individual and compelling, FOE’s thrash rock-pop sound and enigmatic stage presence suggests she will be a welcome antidote and an alternative face for 2012.
