In November, Kwes played his first ever live show at The Shacklewell Arms which completely sold out, and now we can announce two more upcoming London gigs…
The first show will be this Friday at The Tram and Social where he’ll play for John Kennedy and the second will be on 10th January at The Social for Huw Stephens.
The 24 year old musical multitasker has worked with some of music’s most prolific artists including The XX, The Invisible, Michachu and Joe Goddard. This year he was also invited to showcase his production duties with the collective DRC Music on the ‘Kinshasa One Two’ album. The new material showcases his natural aptitude to music, he plays Bass Guitar, Keyboards, Drums, Guitar, an Accordion and also sings, a side of him that has never really been explored before. 2012 looks set to be the year Kwes steps out of the studio and into the spotlight, an EP is due to be released next year on Warp.
