#TheLaughingGnome: Tin-pot Alley

Everyday  (if you can stomach it!) an awkward posed, ill-at-ease encounter, double-take and humorous moment from the world of Bowie.

Brighter, sharper and more vibrant than anything the Tin Machine debacle offered musically, Bowie’s ill-conceived cortege at least stood out for their garish tailoring if nothing else.

Bemused by the behaviour of a ‘cunty’ Bowie, Wogan treats ‘kind-with-kind’. ‘Fun!’, not for the rest of us it ain’t!
