‘Under The Skin’ premiered on 3rd September at the Venice Film Festival and is also set to be screened later this month at the Toronto International Film Festival. ‘Under The Skin’ will premiere in the UK at the BFI London Film Festival on 13th October, ahead of its expected Spring 2014 release.

Mica Levi is a member of British three-piece Micachu & the Shapes who released their third album ‘NEVER’ in July 2013 on Rough Trade Records. The band’s debut album ‘Jewellery’ was released in 2009 and in 2011, using unorthodox homemade instruments, Micachu & the Shapes released the live album ‘Chopped & Screwed’, a collaboration with the London Sinfonietta Orchestra whom Micachu wrote an orchestral piece for in 2010 which was subsequently performed as part of the Ether Festival. Mica is currently an artist-in-residence at London’s Southbank Centre, the youngest individual musician to be granted this unique role.
