Back in January, Brooklyn-based alt pop duo Chairlift released their third album Moth, a lighter affair than their previous efforts but one that still contained a number of unique ideas and hooks. They’ve now shared a new, eight-minute documentary – Making Moth – which follows Caroline Polachek and Patrick Wimberly as they explore the sounds and concepts behind the record. It’s a quick-fire journey from small beginnings to the final product, with some interesting insight in-between. Watch below.
The pair have also shared the audio of a new song, ‘Get Real.’ It’s a chilled, breezy ballad that contains some of the glassy production, mechanical beats and R&B vibes that punctuated Moth. Listen below.
