NEWS: NZCA Lines to play a special, free audio-visual show at London’s Assembly Point tomorrow

Having released their second album Infinite Summer back in January, electropop outfit NZCA Lines (Michael Lovett and Sarah Jones) have spent much of this year touring the album.  Heavily indebted to writers such as JG Ballard, Isaac Asimov and Arthur C Clarke, the LP draws on 80s pop and more contemporary dance acts to create a distinctly science fiction atmosphere.

Tomorrow (Tuesday 26th July), NZCA Lines will be playing a special, free show at London’s Assembly Point art gallery supported by Casio, who are providing three large projectors.  Intended as an AV experience, the duo have been working with designers TAXONYM and New York based design studio AMALA to create a series of new visuals for their current live show.

The collaboration will culminate in headline show at Village Underground on 28th September, but this is set to be a sneak preview of what to expect.
