NEWS: C Duncan shares new track ‘On Course’

Glaswegian singer-songwriter and artist C Duncan is releasing his second album The Midnight Sun on 7th October via FatCat Records.  The records follows his Mercury Prize-nominated debut Architect has been named after a 1961 episode of The Twilight Zone, in which Earth’s orbit has been distorted, causing it to fall slowly into the sun. When the LP was announced, he also shared first single ‘Wanted to Want It Too,’ which was followed by a haunting accompanying video.  That single also signalled a change in direction for the artist, who appears to now be experimenting more with electronica.

Now Duncan has shared a brand new track from the LP, ‘On Course.’ It’s a hazy number drenched in synth stabs and shady vocals that layer together to create a somewhat melancholic slice of electro-pop. It’s all tied together by Duncan’s own typically ethereal, which wash over the track like a spectral mist. Listen below.
