Track Of The Day #953: ISLE – Faults

When you’re unwell you need medicine, typically disgusting to the taste but it does the job, doesn’t it?  But what do you do when you hurt mentally?  Sometimes, when things get a bit much to handle, it’s tempting, healthy even, to hide away until the dark clouds disappear.  There are times when you need absolute quiet and to curl up in a ball until the badness goes away of its own accord, and then there are times you need to let go and chase the darkness away with something fun.

In a similar vein to MGMT and Two Door Cinema Club, with perhaps a little nod to The 1975, ISLE have created flawless electro-pop in new single ‘Faults’.  It’s just perfect for dancing around the house in your pyjamas!  Music can be medicinal in its own sweet way, and nothing revives you more than dancing to great music.  Let ‘Faults’ be your tonic during these dark, cold and miserable winter days without leaving a bitter taste in your mouth.
