NEWS: Raw Power Festival announces GNOD as a headliner

Manchester. titans GNOD return to headline this year’s Raw Power Festival in London, after a mind-altering set in 2019. They head the latst run of bands announced for Raw Power 2022.

One of the heaviest bands in the country they return performing their new album, Hexen Valley – out now via Rocket Recordings.

Headliners GNOD will be joined by new additions to the bill including New York-based sound artist Masma Dream World, Cork’s Pretty Happy, London noise-rock X’ed Out, late night Gabba from Petbrick / Big Lad’s Wayne Adams. And of course, in the courtyard as always Experimental Sonic Machines.

In addition the festival adds: “We have one more act to be announced that we will let you know about when day tickets go on sale in June”

Boasting an annual handpicked selection of innovators, mavericks and maniacs from the wildest and heaviest frontiers of alternative and experimental music, from the legendary to the freshly formed, the London-based Raw Power festival has seen global iconoclastic forces from Faust to Melt-Banana, from Circle to The Ex, and from Godflesh to Gallon Drunk unite to radiate revelation in abundance. Speaking about 2022 lineup, the founders of Raw Power notice : “We’re really excited to bring so many artists to Raw Power who have never played or only played a  few times in London like Siksa, Benefits, Masma Dream World & Pretty Happy and some established favourites like GNOD, Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs PigsCocaine Piss and many more”.
