This week Greg Davies headlines Dave’s One Night Stand as he returns to his home town of Shrewsbury taking along Roisin Conaty and Tom Deacon along for the trip.

Greg Davies has appeared on numerous TV Shows including: ‘Live At The Apollo’ (BBC One), ‘8 Out Of 10 Cats’ (Channel 4), ‘Mock The Week’ (BBC Two), ‘Never Mind The Buzzcocks’ (BBC Two), ‘The World Stands Up’, ‘Edinburgh and Beyond’ and ‘The Comedy Store’ (all Comedy Central) as well as recently appearing as team captain on the BBC One show Ask Rhod Gilbert.

Greg’s acting credits include the role of Mr Gilbert in three series of the British Comedy Award-winning ‘The Inbetweeners’ (E4) as well as ‘Saxondale’ (BBC Two), in which he played opposite Steve Coogan, ‘The Adam and Shelley Show’ (BBC Three) and ‘Katy Brand’s Big Ass Show’ (ITV2).

In August 2010 Greg took his first, eagerly anticipated, solo show ‘Firing Cheeseballs at a Dog’ to the Edinburgh fringe to huge critical acclaim, receiving an Edinburgh Comedy (formerly Perrier) Award nomination. Greg subsequently embarked on a full national tour of the show in the autumn.

Greg is also one third of the anarchically brilliant sketch act ‘We Are Klang’, who have performed four critically acclaimed sell-out Edinburgh Festival shows and in 2006 were nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award. With We Are Klang Greg wrote and starred in the groups own sitcom series for BBC Three. In spring 2007 Klang wrote and performed their own radio show for BBC7 and returned to appear on Paramount Comedy Channel’s ‘Edinburgh & Beyond’ stand up series for their second consecutive year.

In December 2010 Greg was nominated for the The Times breakthrough award at the South Bank Show Awards.
