Memoryhouse release their debut LP ‘The Slideshow Effect’ via Sub Pop on 27th Feb, and pretty special it is too. The record finds them taking influence from Emmylou Harris, Dusty Springfield and Fleetwood Mac, in their own words “transitioning from the “bedroom recording project” which spawned acclaimed EP ‘The Years’ into a fully realized band.

‘The Kids Were Wrong’ is the first track they’ve set out into the world, and it’s available now from the Sub Pop website.Or to stream below.

Memoryhouse – AKA Evan Abeele and Denise Nouvion – will be heading to these shores for a tour in March, and these are the dates:

Friday 23rd March – Glasgow, School Of Art
Saturday 24th March – Dublin, Whelan’s
Monday 26th March – Manchester, Deaf Institute
Tuesday 27th March – Bristol, Louisiana
Wednesday 28th March London, Cargo
