Coming from Seattle bears a considerable burden, given the City’s historical legacy. That legacy sits in the realm of grunge of course although today’s band have a stronger leaning towards emo, if that isn’t too upsetting for you. They are called The Classic Crime and their fourth album ‘Phoenix’ came out in August. They remind me somewhat of Panic At The Disco, which may cause even more of you to turn away, but I liked them too (although ‘Pretty.Odd’ was one of the worst albums I’ve ever heard!). All that counts for nowt, just listen up and form your own opinion.
