NEWS: TRACKY shares anthemic ‘WILD LIFE’ video

Electronic-indie-pop artist TRACKY is making his own brand of ghetto blaster pop, fresh from Liverpool. He has just released his epic debut single, ‘WILD LIFE‘ -a bona fide banger and anthemic slice of sunshine.

Dynamic funk-laced riffs, buoyant with infectious disco hooks urge you to get up and move as he sings “I’m going berserk about another week in week in work/Just think of the money/Let’s live a wild life this is our time/There’s something that just feels right/ It’s in my blood.” Radio ready, with the same uplifting swing as Daft Punk‘s ‘Get Lucky ‘or Hard Fi‘s ‘Living for the Weekend,’ you can imagine it lighting up dance floors across the globe. Coupled with a spellbinding animation and video montage this song could very well be the soundtrack to 2024.

TRACKY said, “WILD LIFE is all about living the high life at the weekend after telling yourself all week that you’re having a quiet weekend in!” and we’ve all been there.

WILD LIFE was made in his bedroom studio using a 1990s Casio synth that he acquired at a retro music swap shop in Liverpool. The music video is a montage of footage that he found on old VHS tapes at his parents’ house over Christmas and it’s a joy to behold.

TRACKY will hold a single launch party at The Jacaranda Club, Liverpool 17th February 2024. Watch this space for upcoming releases.
