The Nacoleptic Dancers – Rastakraut

The Narcoleptic Dancers 006

Half- brother/sister duo, The Narcoleptic Dancers have a daft name and a penchant for combing their hair over their faces in every single photograph. Thankfully, they make some pretty good, albeit very simple music.

Rastakraut is their first single to be taken from their debut album, and it’s a pleasant enough tune. Melody’s vocals are almost too sweet, and so light and airy that they’re in danger of being lost altogether. Rastakraut has summer sunshine written all over it, and with winter fast approaching, perhaps it’s a little late. Sadly, it’s unlikely that the chills and bite of autumn will be forgotten or ignored with this one.
