Jape has released his new single Scorpio taken from his new album ‘Ocean of Frequency’ which is out now. Stream it below. He supports the release with a handful of December dates (see below).
Using an innovative mix of live instruments, hardware samplers and sequencers, Jape knit together an eclectic blend of meticulously crafted lyrics and electronic rhythms that flit comfortably across a myriad of genres.
He describes the origins of Scorpio as “We took a drive up around the Hellfire Club one day and there were definitely spirits in the air. They came back to our house in the car boot and helped me write this one.”
