The Ravonettes release new single – ‘Let Me On Out’

The Raveonettes 1

The Danish indie duo is back with a haunting new track from their darkest album to date “Raven In The Grave”.  “Let Me On Out” has been branded the anti-single by none other than the band itself, however one must not assume that this is a defying move to knock any industry standards.

“Let Me On Out” is probably the least commercial song on Raven In The Grave, in that respect you could refer to it as an anti-single. We really love the song. It’s beautiful, haunting, loud, and dynamic. Everything a great song should be. (Sune Rose Wagner)

The video imagery is evocative of a Warholesque screen test look which contradicts the noise and chaos …

“We wanted to showcase the song in a static setting to draw the listeners attention to the raw sound.” (Sune Rose Wagner)
