Manic Street Preachers reveal new single 'Show Me The Wonder'

Manics to preview new album Futurology on UK Tour in March/April 2014

Manic Street Preachers have announced a full 2014 UK tour in support of current album Rewind the Film and its planned follow-up Futurology.

The Manics played six live dates in September, today announced several additional shows in March and April.
“They will be playing songs from this album and a selection from their previous ten studio albums, and previewing some tracks from their next album Futurology,” promoters confirmed.

Tickets for the new shows go on general sale this Friday, November 15 at 9.30am. A pre-sale begins tomorrow (November 13) at 9am.

March 28 – Leeds, First Direct Arena
March 29 – Cardiff, Motorpoint Arena
March 31 – Leicester, De Montfort Hall
April 1 – Manchester, O2 Apollo
April 3 – Edinburgh, Corn Exchange
April 4 – Glasgow, Barrowland
April 6 – Wolverhampton, Civic Hall
April 8 – Bournemouth, O2 Academy
April 9 – Brighton, Brighton Centre
April 11 – London, O2 Brixton Academy

Frontman James Dean Bradfield said in May that the band were recording two albums, the first being “an acoustic album” with “a soul vibe” and the second being “more aggressive and experimental”.
