In addition to attending this year’s AIF Festival Congress we had the pleasure of joining the Festival Congress Awards ceremony, honouring those who have made a special contribution to the UK festival industry. To make it even more special, our Deputy Editor, Simon Godley, picked up the Festival Journalist of the Year award, beating formidable competition from some of the biggest names and publications in the country.
