On 5th August, American cult rockers Dinosaur Jr. are set to release their brand new album Give a Glimpse of What Yer Not via Jagjaguwar. The new collection is set to be another dose of what the band do best: distinctive guitar wizardry and melodic alt rock tunes. With the band being known for their penchant for solos and making riffs do the talking, they’ve decided to give a glimpse into the new album by releasing a whole compendium of the LP’s guitar solos.
As you would expect, it’s seven minutes of pure shredding, with some of J Mascis’ licks coming lightning fast. It’s a thrilling insight into what to expect from Give a Glimpse… that will no doubt delight fans. Listen below.
