On Monday the government set out a four-stage plan that could see England’s coronavirus restrictions finally being lifted by the 21st of June this year. On the back of this many live music promoters up and down the land have started putting plans in place for future events. Already we have seen a number of music festivals confirming that all things being equal in the interim they will go ahead this summer as previously planned.
In York, local promoter Please Please You in conjunction with The Crescent and Brudenell Presents, and with the kind permission of The Chapter of York, has just announced details of a one-off live performance by alternative rock band and local legends The Howl & The Hum which will take place at York Minster on Tuesday the 25th May 2021 at 8pm.
This event will be a live stream show but depending upon the then prevailing coronavirus restrictions there may be scope to have a very limited, suitably socially-distanced audience in attendance that night in the cathedral itself. Details of this will be confirmed much nearer the time.
Tickets for the live stream, though, are available now and can be purchased HERE
