NEWS: Ural Thomas and The Pain announce new album and live dates

Ural Thomas is one of the last remaining musicians from soul music’s great era of the ‘60s and ‘70s who is still active today. The man who in his time had opened for no less than Otis Redding and James Brown continues to produce music as Ural Thomas and the Pain with an eight-piece backing band for his vocals.

Working together for the past eight years, Ural Thomas and The Pain have now just announced that their new album Dancing Dimensions will be released on 3rd June via Bella Union. In anticipation of its release, Thomas has shared an entertaining part-animated video to accompany the album’s wonderful title track alongside a number of UK/European dates to follow later this year.

25th June: Duc des Lombards – Paris
