NEWS: Katie Malco releases solo version of ‘Creatures’ plus UK dates

Midlands songwriter Katie Malco released her debut album Failures in June 2020. She is now releasing a solo version of that record and the first single to be taken from it is ‘Creatures’.

Speaking about ‘Creatures’, Katie Malco says: “’Creatures’ is about the thoughts that haunt you at night when you’re trying to sleep. It’s about being tired, facing adulthood, and leaving behind youth. And pretending to hold it together but at night all the ugliness is plastered across all the walls you stare at from your bed.”

Alongside the single releases, Katie Malco sets out on an extensive UK tour with Hüsker Dü’s Bob Mould in June followed by a further tour in September with Laura Stevenson before embarking on a series of headline shows with a full band.
