Starting tonight, Wednesday 4th May, in Wrexham, Focus Wales returns for four days of ace music, film and art.
This year, we at God is in the TV will be joining a host of other fine publications such as Under the Radar and Louder than War, in curating the stage at The Parish on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th May.
The two artists we shall be showcasing are Ailsa Tully on Friday night at 12.20am and Lydia Maddix at 7.20pm on Saturday evening. You can read about them here
Alongside these will be turns by incredible acts such as Adwaith, Self Esteem, Clwb Fuzz, Goat Girl, Echo and the Bunnymen, Aderyn, Godesses, Benji Wild, Tallies and Art School Girlfriend.
Spread across the centre of the town in venues including Llwyn Isaf, Central Rooms, St Giles Church, Ty Pawb and Hyb Cymraeg and for the first time the film festival will be at the brand new Hafod Theatre at Coleg Cambria with premiere screenings of ‘Bait’, Billy Piper’s directorial debut ‘Rare Beasts’ and Welsh comedy ‘The Toll’ starting Game of Thrones Iwan Rheon.
