NEWS: The Peak District’s very own Rosa Festival, returns for its 2nd edition following first year sell-out

Rosa Festival has announced the first wave of tickets for its 2023 event which is set to take place in a new location nestled in the hills and nature of the Peak District between the 7th – 11th of July. After a sell-out debut in 2022, the festival returns with a variety of up-and-coming talent and well-known headliners in the drum and bass scene. Born out of frustration from the pandemic not allowing them to test their newly built sound system and newly produced tracks, the collective said “Rosa festival was forged from a mutual love for sound system culture and accelerated by the frustration of lockdowns during the pandemic”.

In addition to music, the festival offers a food festival and game areas with relaxed re-entry for patrons before 9pm to explore the wilderness surrounding the festival. With its unique location and distinctive sound systems, the festival has gained a reputation as one of the most sought-after in the country. Rosa Audio write, “We want to throw parties in sick locations – we don’t focus on clubs, we focus on unique locations with unique and suitable surroundings”

The 2023 lineup is yet to be announced, but festival-goers can expect a new secret stage alongside the existing stages, The Stags Head and Vibes Marquee. The festival’s easy-going character and laid-back atmosphere have contributed to its growing success, and with tickets already selling fast, those interested in attending are encouraged to act quickly.
