NEWS: Mille Manders to Perform at Vive Le Rock Awards ahead of tour

High octane cross-genre punk, Millie Manders will perform at the Vive Le Rock Awards at London O2 Shepherds Bush Empire on Thursday 6th of April. The event will be headlined by a special reunion of the legendary Lords Of The New Church. The new incarnation of LOTNC features Hanoi Rocks frontman Michael Monroe, who will step into the shoes of departed vocalist Stiv Bators, and original members of The Damned (Brian James) and The Clash (Terry Chimes).

Among other artists appearing on the night are Specials legend Neville Staple, Cockney Rejects, Jim Jones, Bad Barbee, Girlschool and Vice Squad icon Beki Bondage who will also compere the evening.

Millie’s performance precedes a full tour in April from Millie Manders and The Shutup and a host of prominent UK festival performances throughout the spring and summer.

The VLR awards follow a breakthrough 2022 for Mille Manders and the Shutup, which enhanced their reputation as one of most exhilarating live acts in the country after support tours with Less Than Jake and Ferocious Dog; sold out headline UK tours in the spring and the autumn; countless festival appearances throughout the UK including Kendal Calling, Rebellion and North East Calling; and their first headline tour of Germany.

The band then play a headline UK tour in April and perform throughout the spring and summer at numerous prestigious festivals, including Manchester Punk Festival, Dogfest, Bearded Theory, Slam Dunk, North West Calling and Rebellion. Get tickets here:
