NEWS: Meursault unveil second track from forthcoming self-titled sixth album

Following on from the release of ‘Laugh Track‘ last month, Meursault have released the second track from their forthcoming Meursault album. Entitled ‘Making The Most Of The Raw Materials Of Futility’ the track may be streamed on all major streaming services now.

Speaking about the track, Meursault frontman Neil Pennycook explained that the song’s title was something he saw written on the wall at art college, and the lyrics for the track were written twenty years ago. In the song, the titular character Meursault is advised by angels to head west to New York City.

The album will be released on 7th July on Common Grounds. The album launch will take place over two nights at Pianodrome in Edinburgh on July 28th and 29th, more details of which may be found here, along with tickets.
