NEWS: Black Deer Festival announces first full set of artists

After an interminably long wait following their early release of Sheryl Crow as the Saturday night headliner back in 2023, Black Deer Festival have finally announced their first set of acts.

The biggest names announced are blues shredder Seasick Steve, indie folk rock darling Courtney Barnett, light voiced but hard hitting Villagers, harmony trio The Staves and the two most successful country music duos to come out of the UK in, well, forever, The Shires and Ward Thomas.

Names we’re most excited about are JJ Grey & Mofro, who bring their electric live show to the festival, Lizzie No who’ll play songs from recently released (and superb) album Halfsies, all alongside British up-and-comers blues-rock belter Kezia Gill, country-pop twanger Twinnie, and folk-rocking stompers Ferris & Sylvester.
