NEWS: SPRINTS share ‘Black Box Sessions’ & Tour dates

SPRINTS today announce a mammoth run of tour dates including shows across the US, UK and EU. The Dublin quartet also share two previously unreleased songs: ‘Drones’ and ‘Help Me, I’m Spiralling’ both recorded during the sessions that eventually formed their debut album, Letter To Self, which was released 5th January via City Slang Records The band will complete a sold out run of shows in the UK, US and Ireland, which included London’s Heaven last month, with two hometown gigs at Dublin’s Button Factory this weekend, cementing the four-piece as one of the most electrifying live acts in the world.

On the new release Sprints share:
We’re happy to share the remnants of the chaos and catharsis that was the ‘Letter To Self’ recording process. A reimagination of an old favourite, and a new track too, the Black Box Sessions include ‘Drones’ and ‘Help Me, I’m Spiralling’, two tracks that explore themes of uncertainty, anxiety and doubt. Embrace the madness and the noise.”

The extensive tour dates announced include a London headline show at O2 Kentish Town Forum, Glastonbury, shows supporting Idles and Pixies, plus the bands biggest US run so far.
