Asian Dub Foundation have always been at the forefront of musical resistance and politicisation. The release of their new album, “History of Now” coincided with the uprisings in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya. and contained themes of globalisation, democracy, climate change and revolution.

Throughout the year Asian Dub Foundation have toured the world, including their first ever tour of India, and in the UK audiences have been entertained this year by Asian Dub Foundations incendiary polemic and genius sound at the Brighton, Glastonbury and Larmer Festivals, and most recently at Bestival.
