Following one of the biggest hit singles of the year in the shape of the #1 ‘Forget You’ and over 600,000 albums sales in the UK alone, Brit and Grammy award-winner Cee Lo Green’s hugely successful album ‘The Lady Killer’ is set to continue its popularity with the release of the Platinum Edition on November 28th on Warner Bros. Records.

The Platinum Edition extends ‘The Lady Killer’  with the additional of four extra songs in the shape of ‘Scarlet Fever’, ‘Love Gun’ (featuring Lauren Bennett), Green’s version of Band of Horses’No One’s Gonna Love You’ and the brand new single ‘Anyway’ which will follow on December 12th.

Written with Wallpaper, Ross Golan and Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo, ‘Anyway’ was produced by Wallpaper and Daniel Ledinsky. The single bundle will be completed with the addition of extra songs that were recorded for Radio 1’s Live Lounge.

Still placed firmly in the Top 30 of the album chart a year after its initial release date, ‘The Lady Killer’ has reached double Platinum status and is currently the eighth biggest selling album in the UK this year. Global sales have now passed the 1.2 million mark.

The Lady Killer’ has cemented Cee Lo Green’s status as the greatest male voice in American music today and has earned rave reviews from publications including The Sunday Times (5*), The Independent (5*), Q (4*), News of the World (5*), The Mail on Sunday (5*), Mojo (4*), The Sun (4/5), The Guardian (4*), The Evening Standard (4*) and The Mirror (4*).

Following a low-key headline tour earlier this year, Green returned to the UK in the summer for one of the most celebrated sets at this year’s Glastonbury.
