NEWS: Kate Tempest shares ‘Don’t Fall In’ from new album

Poet, playwright, novelist and rapper Kate Tempest recently announced she’d be following up her Mercury Prize-nominated album Everybody Down with a new LP this Autumn.  Let Them Eat Chaos is due out on 7th October via Fiction Records.  She’s now shared the first taste of what the record will sound like, ‘Don’t Fall In.’  Set over an ominous beat – that’s arguably a little darker than anything found on Everybody Down – Tempest is as politically charged as ever, talking about boredom, stagnation and disillusionment.  Listen below.

Tempest is also going on an extensive UK tour in support of Let Them Eat Chaos in December.  Details below.

1st December – Art School, Glasgow
3rd December – Plug, Sheffield
4th December – Institute Room 2, Birmingham
5th December – The Waterfront, Norwich
7th December – Ritz, Manchester
8th December – Academy, Bristol
