Deer Shed, that wonderful, family-friendly festival of music, comedy, arts, science, theatre, and sport for all ages, returns next July for what will be its 14th annual outing. And the festival has just announced details of the first wave of artists who will appear in the delightful surroundings of Baldersby Park at DS14. They are the Irish singer, songwriter, and musician, CMAT who had an afternoon slot at Deer Shed in 2022 but this time will be returning as Sunday night’s headliner on the main stage. Other names to be revealed are those perennial festival favourites, The Go! Team, rising stars The Tubs, and south London post-punk pop band, Blue Bendy. Joining the literary line up will be the renowned Scottish author and screenwriter, John Niven.

Before that, though, the festival organisers are delighted to announce their second Deer Shed Presents “A Festive Chill Party”, which will take place at the famous Brudenell Social Club in Leeds on Wednesday 20th December.
A Festive Chill Party will play host to live performances from some of Deer Shed’s favourite music and comedy acts – those who’ve graced the festival’s stages before, and those who might even be appearing at DS14.
