NEWS: Julianne Regan & Tim Bricheno release two track Christmas single

All About Eve‘s Julianne Regan and Tim Bricheno have reunited after thirty years to record together as Regan & Bricheno.

With an album being worked on behind the scenes, the latest results of their rekindled partnership is a Christmas single, featuring spectacular covers of ‘In The Bleak Midwinter‘ and ‘The Snows They Melt The Soonest‘ released today. The words of ‘In The Bleak Midwinter‘ were written by Christina Rosetti in 1875, and the music was written by Gustav Holst circa 1906. The arrangement was done by Bricheno & Regan, while ‘The Snows They Melt The Soonest‘ is thought to date as far back as 1821.

All About Eve achieved four hit albums, and nine top forty singles entries between 1988 and 1992. They are perhaps best known for their song ‘Martha’s Harbour‘ which reached the top ten in the summer of 1988. The single can be streamed below and purchased for £3.
