NEWS: Rosehip Teahouse share heart melting video for ‘No Gloom’

Rosehip Teahouse shared the delightful new video for the EP track ‘No Gloom’ last week, a wonderfully beguiling lovelorn track that melts the heart. Watch the new video below, it’s impossibly swoonsome. They have also announced their appearance at 2021’s virtual SXSW event.

It’s lifted from their recent EP ‘Fine’out now via Big Indie Records (Childcare, Eliza Shaddad, Weird Milk) a gorgeous collection of dreamy heartfelt melodies and gorgeous shimmering pop that showcases Faye Rogers’ vivid songwriting and wonderful vocal talent.

Detailing their new video, drummer Will Dickens explained: “‘We had loads of ideas going into filming this video, lots of places we wanted to shoot and things we wanted to try and experiment with. But as soon as we got into the hall and Joe showed some of the footage played back, we realised that’s all we needed. The lighting was too good and Faye’s dog Chucky was enjoying himself so much. It was one of those times where you realise you’re better off not over complicating things and just running with the simplest idea till you can’t squeeze anything else out of it. And we’re really happy with the result.”

Rosehip Teahouse have broken out from a bustling Cardiff scene that’s already produced fellow bands like Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard.
