Glaswegian singer-songwriter and producer Turtle today releases his first single Who Knows. The track will also appear on his debut EP of the same name due for release at the end of the month.
Turtle, aka Jon Cooper, has managed to create here a brilliantly spacious track that exists on purely organ and vocals for the first minute and a half. Echo filled vocals coupled with his minimal synth production brings to mind a host of artists from The Beatles, through Elliot Smith‘s layered vocals to more contemporary names like James Blake.
