GRUFF RHYS – front man of the legendary Welsh band ‘SUPER FURRY ANIMALS’ will headline the 16th edition of the Llangollen Fringe Festival on Friday 18th July. He will be performing songs from his new album ‘AMERICAN INTERIOR’, along with some other favourites.
“He is joined on the bill (the festivals biggest to date) by VICTORIA COREN-MITCHELL of BBC 4’s ONLY CONNECT, Best selling author of ‘THE MEN WHO STARE AT GOATS’, & THE PSYCHOPATH TEST JON RONSON, SQUEEZE Front man GLENN TILBROOK, world music legends OSIBISA and TRANSGLOBAL UNDERGROUND. Plus THE SPECIALS’ NEVILLE STAPLE, EAST INDIA YOUTH and comedians GARY DELANEY and PAUL SINHA.
The Event rounds off with its now legendary closing concert in the stunning surrounds of VALLE CRUCIS ABBEY.
