NEWS: Christine and the Queens presents Redcar les adorables étoiles & Shares ‘la chanson du chevalier’ video

Christine and the Queens presents Redcar who has shared his new song ‘la chanson du chevalier’, the latest track to be lifted from Redcar les adorables étoiles, the beginning of angels, which is due for release on November 11th and is available to pre-order now.

A prayer for a lost knight, the song is accompanied by a stunning film starring Redcar himself alongside Rodin’s masterpiece l’Age d’airain. With dark synth swirls underpinned by striking beats and Redcar’s evocative and dramatic vocals the song encapsulates the essence of the sculpture, a meditation on what a young man appears to be, whilst the performance embodies its physical presence, with the deep flexing of the muscles just beneath the skin.

In the film Redcar takes us on a journey through a dream-like universe in which our protagonist exists and one that pays homage to the sculpture’s impeccable omnipotence.

Redcar will present Redcar: la chanson du chevalier, a video inspired by Auguste Rodin’s sculpture l’Age d’airain at the new Paris Sales art event in the French capital, the Paris+ fair by Art Basel. He will be guest of honour for this exceptional week showcasing the very best in modern and contemporary art, running 19-24 October.

Redcar is delighted to announce his new musical production, an exclusive show in the name of poetry, hosted at the Cirque d’Hiver, Paris on November 9th and 10th (rescheduled from September 22nd & 23rd due to injury) and at Royal Festival Hall, London on November 22nd (rescheduled from September 30th).
