The Magic Lantern are part of the legendary F-IRE Collective (other F-IRE bands include Polar Bear and Basquiat Strings). They have an album ‘A World In A Grain of Sand’ coming out this week (6th June) on their own Hectic Eclectic Records. The expansive, plaintative sound of The Magic Lantern often sees them get compared to Sufjan Stevens, Devandra Banhart and Jeff Buckley in equal measure, quite a mix!
