White Town release ‘Your Woman 1917’

White Town, aka Joyti Mishra, is releasing a reinvention of his 1997 Number One hit, ‘Your Woman’, on December 20th. Entitled ‘Your Woman 1917’, the song has been recorded as if it was released in 1917, with strings and lush arrangements replacing the eight bit technology that powered the 90s hit.

White Town play a rare London date this Friday, December 15th, at St John On Bethnal Green church, supporting Haiku Salut’s Christmas Lamp Show. The lamp show features a stageful of vintage lamps which are programmed to flash, flick and fade in time to the music. A video of the lamp show in action is here.

Tickets for the show are £10 and available here – http://www.wegottickets.com/event/416301
